Located in Redlands California, the Deco sits in the middle of a very architecturally diverse area. The context calls for homage to reminiscent historical architecture, while rejecting the modern. By creating a structure in the art deco style, and positioning in the middle of Redlands, especially in an entertainment district, there is a opportunity for this to be a successful project.
